​The Intel Xeon Silver 4309Y (spec code SRKXS) is a 3rd Generation Xeon Scalable processor, part of the Ice Lake-SP family, designed for dual-socket servers. It features 8 cores and 16 threads, operating at a base frequency of 2.80 GHz and a max turbo frequency of 3.60 GHz. Built on a 10nm process, it offers 12MB of L3 cache and supports DDR4-2667 memory across 8 channels, with a maximum memory capacity of 6TB. The processor supports Intel’s Speed Select Technology for configurable performance profiles and includes 64 PCIe 4.0 lanes for high-speed I/O. With a TDP of 105W, it is compatible with the FCLGA4189 socket and is commonly used in Dell PowerEdge servers like the R450, R550, R650, and R750 series.
