The RDH 102 75/3 is an Ericsson-compatible SFP+ optical transceiver designed for high-speed fiber communication in telecom networks. It supports 10Gbps data rates and is commonly used for 10GBASE-LR and CPRI (Common Public Radio Interface) applications in mobile fronthaul and carrier-grade infrastructure.

This module operates over single-mode fiber (SMF) using typically 1310nm wavelength and supports distances up to around 10 km depending on configuration. It is hot-swappable and follows standard SFP+ form factor, allowing easy installation in compatible Ericsson radio and transport equipment.
